Zero Motorcycles, launched in 2006 with their first model shipping in 2010, has positioned themselves as the leader in electric motorcycles. As more and more people begin exploring green technologies, they are offering up to $500 on a Zero and another 10% with Government Incentives. Some states are even offering more incentives! With no direct drives, they’re perfect for beginners learning how to ride safely. If your concern for burning fossil fuels has prevented you from the joys of owning a motorcycle, or perhaps you’ve thought it looked hard to learn, then this is your year to get out there and ride!
It was a beautiful day with blue skies and a cool breeze for our trip to Laconia. While the attendance was certainly not what it was in previous years many people still came out and there were plenty of amazing bikes on display.
We had a great time visiting friends, getting caught up, and showing them our new items for 2016 like our new line of cool novelty helmets that feature an amazing Tribal design that runs front to back. Our new line of men’s and women’s leather vests are also selling quickly, so be sure to check our webpage before they’re gone.
It was great to see so many bikes and clubs represented. Tents and display tables were alive with people looking for that new patch, jacket, or fun new gadget.
Of course, we had to stop at the Tower Hill Tavern for great burgers and cold beer and to take in the view.
We’re grateful to all of this years sponsors and staff for a wonderful time. Thanks to all the vendors for making the trip and all their hard work and all the wait staff who worked their tails off keeping us fed and happy.
We can’t wait ’til next year! See you in Sturgis!
As promised, big things are underway and we’re pleased to announce that, starting today, we’re opening up The Biker Leather Blog to everyone that has a passion for writing and a love of motorcycles, clothing, and culture. That’s right, if you ride, enjoy writing, and would like to share an essay, memoir, an upcoming event, poem, a humorous anecdote, reflection, a technical tip or trick, or anything else related to motorcycles and would like to submit it for publication on the blog you now can. It doesn’t matter if you’re into café racers, sport bikes, motocross, touring, bobbers, choppers, or cruisers, if you have a story to share, now you can do so. There’s no limit to length. All submissions must be the author’s original work. Send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send submissions in Word, PDF, or paste in the body of your email. We look forward to hearing from all our author friends.

Spring is finally upon us and we couldn’t be more excited. Following successful exhibitions at the ASD 2016 in Vegas, as seen in the photo below, the Sturgis Rally, and Daytona Bike Week, the riding season is in full swing. Following up on our success, we’re rolling out new models of our terrific genuine leather vests, jackets, jewelry, and get back whips. Be sure to go to our home page and scroll down to our “New Products” section to see them.
A great page for planning road trips is Motorcycle Roads. Some of you old-timers may know a lot of these roads, but it’s a great resource for new riders and old explorers.
Of course, with Saint Patrick’s Day just two days away, we know you’re making those last minute Saint Patrick’s Day plans. Enjoy some of these fun drink recipes from Good Cocktails. Just remember to bring a designated driver!
